We pull, normalize, and snapshot all of them — 3,768 hospitals, 30.7 million prices, all 50 states — and track when each hospital republishes.
One schema across every hospital: CPT/HCPCS code, price type (gross charge or cash/discount price), dollar amount, hospital CCN. Clean JSONL/CSV bulk export, or query the API. Snapshots are kept, so a hospital's file disappearing or moving doesn't lose your data — and publish dates per hospital accumulate daily.
